Welcome to the Texas Chapter of the Republican Leadership Council.

A goal of the Texas Chapter is an agenda that appeals to November voters.

This means working on the dichotomy between the Texas Republican Party's extremist platform and reality, where voters are in fact pragmatic, fiscally conservative, and socially moderate.

Currently, we are targeting stepped up involvement in the 2012 primaries. We want to bring back those we have lost to the "independent" crowd and work towards a mainstream conservative platform and agenda. The election of Steve Munisteri as state chairman is a step in the right direction, but much more needs to be done.
